Patrick Reiman

VP, Administration

Patrick is a business professional who was unwittingly thrust into the IT world back in the day when computers were blazing trails at 16MHz and DOS batch files were king! Prior to joining ATS in 2005, Patrick worked as an HR recruiter in the Mid-Atlantic region, witnessing first-hand the company’s transformation into the digital age by spearheading the selection and implementation of their first multiple branch networked computer system in 1993. Running a robust Unix System V platform, that project sparked a lifelong interest in helping to bridge the gap between technology and business professionals.


Patrick has a unique blend of business acumen and IT skills that make him a flexible, albeit sometimes quirky, associate that brings a unique perspective to challenging situations. Being able to understand both technology and business, he is able to speak to “both sides of the aisle” and assist with gaining cooperation between what are sometimes diametrically opposing positions. As the Vice President of Administration he oversees multiple departments including Information Systems, Finance, and Human Resources.


Patrick originally hails from Western NY, but has worked his way through Delaware and Maryland before finally landing in Central Florida where he resides with his wife and two children. He has a BS in Business Management with a dual major in Philosophy from SUNY Fredonia.


Steve Fischer

VP, Business Development

Steve Fischer has over 27 years’ experience in the Wireless Telecommunications space. Steve is a change agent and skilled in motivating teams, building brands and developing solutions to accelerate growth and create industry leadership. He was born in Waterbury Connecticut, and at a very young age moved to Florida’s west coast. Lakewood Ranch is where he and his wife have raised their five children.  Telecommunications has been a part of Steve’s life since 1991 where he started as a Bench/Field Technician and has had a steady rise in roles and responsibilities over the past 27 years on the carrier and OEM side of the industry. Back in 2010 during his early years at ATS, he filled the role of Director of HVAC Operations, this provided him with the opportunity within the telecom industry to cover 22 states and over 12 thousand cell sites.  Passionate about building relationships both internally and externally, today Steve stands as the VP of Business Development.  In this role he continuously and diligently works all aspects of ATS’ portfolio, and continues to propel the company as one of the industry’s most successful and diverse organizations.  Outside of ATS he spends time building relationships with local community groups, focusing on youth leadership programs and spending time with his family in several outdoor activities


Zack Daughtry

VP, Construction

Zack Daughtry is the VP of Construction at ATS.  He has been with ATS since 2006 working with the Operations team on construction, modification and maintenance projects for customers all over the US and Caribbean.  He has been in the telecom industry since 1997 staring in the field as a tower climber.  During his time in the field Zack was able to perform, coordinate and manage all aspects of construction.  Zack is able to draw upon that knowledge to effectively source, budget and execute any scale project.Zack has been hands on for everything from relief efforts during natural disasters to managing large scale network upgrades in Alaska during winter.  Any project or opportunity is looked at with excitement to perform for our customer and give them the true ATS experience.


Damian Quattlebaum

VP of Operations

Damian is a seasoned leader who oversees the success of the Maintenance and Network Integration service organizations for ATS. He worked in the telecom industry for over 20 years on Operations and Engineering teams across both major telecommunications organizations and startup companies prior to joining ATS. Damian has the keen ability to position organizations for success by aligning capabilities with industry demands and providing the highest quality of service to the customer all while ensuring that safety is always paramount. Damian has successfully budgeted and overseen nationwide maintenance programs for a tier 1 carrier, engineered full system designs across the southeast for a startup carrier, implemented multiple new technology systems, managed disaster recovery efforts across multiple fronts for all major hurricanes in the past 18 years and established multi-state support teams for mechanical services. The experience gained from working in both corporate and private organizations over the years gives him a unique perspective of how to better position ATS teams to ensure success in the ever changing industries we work within. Damian has a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University, Holds both Mechanical and Construction licenses across many states including, but not limited to SC, FL, GA, TN & NC
