ATS became incorporated in 2000 and their focus was on Tower Maintenance and HVAC in the Georgia and Florida market. In just a year, ATS was expanding in both markets and employees, in 2004 our generator division kicked off and we were able to offer a more comprehensive package. Our markets organically grew into Alabama and the Carolinas by 2005, and from there, we reached many other southeastern states.
In 2007, we hit a milestone of 50 employees and ATS opened an office in Puerto Rico to then provide full service crews to the entire Caribbean.
We expanded crews into what we now call the central region (Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana) and opened our office in Dallas in 2008.
Following Dallas, we opened our Irmo, South Carolina office in 2010.
In 2011, we hit another milestone of 100 employees and expanded deeper into our central region, now working in Tennessee, Indiana and Illinois. That year we also introduced out Network Integration Division (NIS). Through strategic hires, we sent our highly qualified crews to work in the Small Cells, DAS, and EF&I forum.
In 2012, we officially opened a full service, state of the art training facility by taking down our 60ft cow and building an 80 foot, multi-faced training tower. We also have a class room and full equipment training rooms for HVAC and Generator. Because we value safety, quality and commitment to our customers, providing our own training despite experience level is a major priority to us
We hit 200 employees in 2014 and we completed a 1 year, 6 crew project in Alaska. Therefore, branching out to the furthest possible (drivable) US state.
In 2015, we hit a milestone of 300 employees and we were awarded multiple military contracts and began a breakout division to specialize in government and military projects.
With calculated hires we expanded our Caribbean work into Latin America in 2016.

VP, Information Systems
Patrick has been with ATS since 2005. His 20+ years of management and IS experience contribute to ATS’ quick reaction to market changes while retaining its customer focus.
VP, Managed Services
Damian started working at ATS in 2012 and has 18+ years in the wireless industry. He currently oversees operations.
Zack has been with ATS since 2006. He has been in the industry since the mid 90’s where he started in the field as a tower hand. He has worked his way up through the industry since then to become Vice President of Construction for ATS.
VP, Business Development
Steve has been with ATS since 2010. He has spent over 22 years in the telecom industry and is now leading our business development team.
John Grosso started in the HVAC and Generator service industry in 1988 and has been active in the wireless community since 1990. He joined the ATS team as VP of Operations for the Commercial Division in May, 2017.
